Product introduction

SZL series vertical dual drums chain grate water pipe steam and hot water boiler, adopts quick fitting and assembly structure. The 4-6t/h boiler is of quick fitting pipe structure, exit shop after completely assembled, the boiler of 6-35t/h is composed of 2 main components. The upper assembled components is the body heat accepting part, and the lower assembled component is of combustion equipment. The former part of the boiler body is arranged an water cooling wall, the upper part of it is connected to boiler cylinder, and its lower part is connected to collective chest, so as to form a combustion room and absorb the radiated heat from the furnace. Its rear part is arranged with dense convection pipes between upper and lower boiler cylinders. The high temperature smog after combustion shall stand for twice returning flushing transversely to the heat accepting surfaces, and shall be introduced to coal saver singly arranged, and flow into duster and exhausted from chimney in the end.

CNC manufacturing technology

The key processing technologies such as steel plate blanking, circling, drilling of drum and pipe plate are all adopt advanced CNC processing to reduce the assembly stress and prolong the service life of the boiler.

Steel pipe cutting, thread pipe pressing and convection pipe processing adopt advanced CNC process.

  Automatic production line.

Advanced welding process

The welding of important parts like the vertical and circular seams of the boiler, the pipes, the inside of boiler and the flange are all adopted automated welding processes such as submerged arc welding or gas shielded welding to ensure the welding quality. All the vertical and circular seams will be done 100% radiographic inspection.

Tube flange weld adopts robot welding.

The chain grate panel, front and rear smoke chamber panel adopts CNC plasma cutting machine to cut orderly and beautifully.

Unique structural design

According to different capacity, different numbers of independent wind bins are set from front to back of the grate.

The user can reasonably distribute the air according to different combustion conditions to ensure that the fuel is fully burned.

Intake air secondary, disturb fuel gas in the furnace, to ensure the fuel fired totally. The independent secondary draft fan make it easy to control and adjust the wind and wind pressure.

The spreader feeds evenly to prevent tempering.

Low NOx emissions

Graded air supply and special furnace arch structure make the NOx emissions down to 100mg/m³.

We have taken numerical simulations on different biomasses, we find the thermal efficiency is more than 90%.

Learn How Boiler Steam Is Used For Turbine Power GenerationTypes of Steam Turbines. Steam turbines are used for a variety of applications. In addition to power generation, steam turbines are also used for process steam applications in refineries, plants, and other industrial settings as well as on steam-powered ships and locomotives.Learn How Is Boiler Steam Used for Turbine Power GenerationBoiling water into steam yields the thermodynamic energy that is ultimately used to power the turbines that generate the power. How Is Steam Used for Power Generation? The stored energy released from the boiler’s fuel source in the act of combustion is transferred into heat.

Steam Turbines - an overview | ScienceDirect TopicsThe steam turbine handles the maximum power demand among all stationary prime movers that are used for electric power generation. A steam turbine is a constant volume machine. The relation between nozzle-box pressure and stage pressures vs. load is linear in nature.

Steam For Power and Process - Babcock & WilcoxBoilers and Steam Generation for Power, Renewable and Industrial Applications. With one of the largest installed base in the world of more than 350 recovery boilers, B&W is committed to the pulp and paper industry by helping today&39;s energy-intensive mills.7402 - Steam Production | 360training.comThe objective of this second module is to look at the concept of steam generation, and to present features of design and construction of boilers (steam generators). Both the water side and gas side of the boiler are dealt with, but the subject of combustion and burner equipment is left to the next tape.

Basics of Steam Generation - Energiteknik | KTHA simple power plant cycle. The steam boiler provides steam to a heat consumer, usually to power an engine. In a steam power plant a steam turbine is used for extracting the heat from the steam and turning it into work. The turbine usually drives a generator that turns the work from the turbine into electricity.

Steam Driven Generators | Steam Turbines and Electric Therefore, a boiler, steam turbine, generator, and condenser form the main components in a steam-powered generator plant. Steam Turbines can also be made to operate without a condenser as well, but provide a considerably lower power capacity for the same size of turbine. How does a Thermal power plant work ? - YouTubeStarting from the very basic question a conceptual overview of Rankine cycle is provided here. Topics such a Generator, Steam turbine, condenser, feed water pump, boiler are illustrated initially.Boilers & Boiler Technology | GE Steam PowerContact GE Power for more information on the use of boilers in steam power plants. With GE’s boilers, our customers can burn a wide spectrum of fuels, from high-rank coals to low-rank coal wastes, and from oil and natural gas to opportunity fuels such as petroleum coke, biomass and oil shale.
